How long do trials last? 

14 days, but if you need more time, just email support@otherpeoplespixels.com


My free trial is expiring. Will my content disappear?

No. We save all of your information, even if your trial expires.


What is your pricing?

Our pricing is $16/month for our Standard Plan, or $26/month for our Multimedia Plan. For more information, click here.


Is my free trial URL my permanent URL?

No. Your free trial URL is just temporary. You can use a domain you already own (any domain ending you would like), or we can buy a domain for you (when you become a paying customer).


We can only buy domains ending in:


.com .us.info
 .net .org .biz


I can't log into my free trial. Help!

You can reset your Control Panel password anytime by clicking here. Your Website is your trial URL, a combination of your first and last name, with numbers potentially. Your email address is the email address you used to sign up in our system.

Can I have a domain that ends in something other than what is listed above?

Yes. If you'd like a domain ending in something else, such as .co, .uk, .art, .ca, or .mobi — just buy the domain from any domain registrar of your choice and note that you already own the domain when you go through the activation process.


When comparing domain registrars, we feel a fair price for yearly domain name registration is $10 to 15 USD.


If I already own my domain, do I get a discount?

No, I'm sorry but that won't change our pricing. You are entitled to a domain purchase at any time though, as part of your fee. 


I own my own domain. Can you take it over?

It depends! Email support@otherpeoplespixels.com with your specific situation. It will depend on what your domain ending is, as well as a few other factors. But -- NEVER let your domain expire. We cannot capture expired domains. 


I already have an email account with another service. What happens when I switch to OtherPeoplesPixels?

You can continue to use the same email address with our service. BUT! Please keep reading.

Though the email address can be the same, and there won’t be any interruption in your receipt of emails if you follow our instructions, the way that you check your email will change to using a new webmail interface.


Additionally, your inbox will start over from scratch with us — since you'll be changing mailservers. Be sure to save all emails and contacts from your mailbox BEFORE you make the switch. Contact your current email host for more details.

Can I use OtherPeoplesPixels for my website hosting, but keep my email with my old provider?

Yes. But that means you'll need to continue to pay for your old email service with your old host.

Just BE SURE to email us at support@otherpeoplespixels.com about helping you set this up BEFORE you activate your website with us or your email service WILL be interrupted.


Can I have more than one email account?

Unfortunately, we only support one email account per domain at this time. We can, however, set up any number of email aliases at your domain. But just one email account.
